Welcome to my photography blog! I'm a professional family photographer, as well as baby and child photographer in Victoria BC. Having a Master's Degree in Journalism, my emphasis is on lifestyle or documentary photography, which means I give my families something more than just a posed portrait. I strive to capture that special bond that your family shares, so that you can treasure these great memories for many, many years.

Do you hear the whispers of the wind through the trees,

or watch tiny blossoms twirl and dance with the breeze?

Do you catch the droning sound of a hummingbird on the wing,

or hear the distant giggles of children on swings?

I see them, embrace them, and can forever make them mine,

I just capture, all enraptured, and freeze that moment in time.

With a twist of my wrist, while pressing buttons with my touch,

I get to play with the light, which I love very much

Light is my canvas, and joy is my muse,

I’m blessed that I get to do what I choose,

So on this Earth day, 2011
